Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to find a suitable solution.
